This Privacy Policy explains how Urbanxterminator (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information through the Urbanxterminator Connect mobile and web app (the “App”).

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. Your Choices & Account Deletion

You may request that we delete your account and associated personal data at any time by visiting the in-app Delete Account page, or by emailing urbanxterminator@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.”

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the App or as required by law, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business reasons. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.
