Content in the App is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not replace professional pest inspection, diagnosis, or treatment advice. Always contact a licensed technician for site-specific recommendations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation or security
- Submit false, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Changes to the App

Program: Urbanxterminator service notifications. When you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Urbanxterminator about your service, including appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way alerts, service updates, invoices and receipts, review requests after a completed visit, and replies to your messages.
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
