Integrated Pest Management
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is standard on every commercial account — inspection, sanitation guidance, mechanical exclusion, monitoring, and targeted low-impact product application only where and when needed.
Monitoring
Numbered monitoring devices at each critical zone, monthly (or more frequent) inspection, activity data trended over time, and immediate escalation on any threshold breach. Move-in / move-out inspections available.
Documentation & Digital Reporting
Full digital logbook including service reports, product labels and SDS, pesticide-use logs, monitor maps, trend graphs, and corrective-action recommendations. Ready for third-party audit review at any time.
Regulatory Compliance
NYS DEC compliance and full documentation for HUD inspections.
Emergency Service

Scheduled Service
Weekly or bi-weekly common-area and unit-check service.
After-hours Service

Preventative Programs
