Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate business record purposes.

Email urbanxterminator@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.” Please include the name, email address, and phone number associated with your account so we can verify your request.
Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days, unless certain information must be retained as described above.
