- No. Standard and Pro both include unlimited technicians and office users. The price is the price.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Move between Standard and Pro at any time; the extra tools switch on or off right away.
- What is actually different on Standard?
- Standard runs your whole day — jobs, dispatch, customers, reports, agreements and payments. Advanced scheduling, receipt capture, the Knowledge Center, Review Grabber, QuickBooks sync, SMS and automated reports are Pro tools.
- Is there a contract?
- No contract on Standard or Pro. Enterprise agreements are written around your locations and terms.
